You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people seek support during periods of stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, or simply because they want to better understand themselves and develop healthier ways of coping. If you're wondering whether therapy could help, that's often a good reason to start the conversation.

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what prompted you to seek therapy, review your personal history, explore your goals, and determine whether we're a good fit. You're not expected to have everything figured out before you begin.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish consistency. As progress is made, we'll regularly review your goals and determine together whether adjusting the frequency of sessions makes sense.
Sessions are typically scheduled for 53+ minutes. However, session length can be adjusted to help prevent time from being a barrier to seeking help.

I take a collaborative, individualized approach to treatment. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals while drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other techniques that best support your growth. My goal is to help you better understand yourself while developing practical tools you can use outside of our sessions.

I am in-network with most insurance plans and also work with private-pay clients. Insurance participation may change over time, so I encourage you to reach out before your first appointment if you have questions about your specific plan, benefits, or fees.
Please note: I am not currently accepting clients with Medicaid or Medicare insurance plans.

Through our work together, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, develop practical tools to navigate life's challenges, and build the confidence to move forward independently. While everyone progresses at their own pace, many clients leave therapy feeling more balanced, more resilient, and better prepared to handle future challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Individual Therapy
Find greater balance, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
When life begins to feel overwhelming, therapy provides a space to slow down, better understand what's happening, and develop practical strategies for meaningful, lasting change.
You Don't Have to Navigate It Alone
There are times when life can feel like you're constantly juggling responsibilities, expectations, and uncertainty. Whether you're managing anxiety, adjusting to a major life transition, struggling with self-confidence, or simply feeling overwhelmed, it can be difficult to know where to begin.
Therapy isn't about having all the answers—it's about creating the opportunity to better understand yourself, identify what's keeping you stuck, and build the tools needed to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
