Helping You Feel More Balanced, More Confident, and More in Control
I believe meaningful change doesn't happen because someone tells you what to do—it happens when you gain the understanding, confidence, and practical tools to become your own greatest resource.

People often ask what led me to become a therapist. While everyone's path into this profession is different, mine has always been driven by a genuine interest in understanding people and helping them navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
Throughout my career, I've learned that lasting change rarely comes from someone simply giving advice. It comes from developing a deeper understanding of yourself, learning practical skills, and recognizing that you already have many of the strengths needed to move forward.
That's the approach I bring into every session. My role isn't to tell you how to live your life—it's to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in your own decision-making, and become your own greatest resource.

No two people experience life's challenges in the same way, which is why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
I tailor treatment to your unique needs while drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other interventions that best support your goals.
Whether you're seeking therapy, coaching, or supervision, my goal remains the same: to help you leave each interaction with greater clarity, practical tools, and increased confidence in your ability to navigate whatever comes next.

I know firsthand that life doesn't always go according to plan. We all encounter periods where we feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or unsure of the next step.
I believe meaningful change doesn't happen because someone tells you what to do. It happens when you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, learn new ways of approaching life's challenges, and build the confidence to move forward—even when life feels uncertain.
Whether you're seeking therapy, coaching, or clinical supervision, my goal is the same: to help you leave each interaction feeling more capable, more confident, and better equipped to navigate whatever comes next.

During our first few sessions, we'll focus on getting to know one another while developing a clear understanding of what has brought you to therapy and what you'd like your life to look like moving forward.
As our work progresses, we'll begin looking beneath the surface to better understand the thoughts, beliefs, and experiences that may be contributing to your current challenges. My role isn't to tell you how to live your life—it's to help you develop the insight, confidence, and skills needed to become your own greatest resource.
I strive to create an environment where you feel supported, challenged, and empowered to step outside your comfort zone at a pace that feels right for you.
